At Instrumental Tax Solutions, Inc., we’re committed to making our services simple and convenient. Our new client portal will let you securely upload documents, review files we prepare for you, make payments, and much more. Please follow the link below (TaxDome Login) to log into our secure portal, hosted by TaxDome.

How to get started with our secure portal, hosted by TaxDome:
1. Become a valued and privileged client of Instrumental Tax Solutions, Inc.
2. Let one of our professionals know that you would like to submit your important documents to us securely through our online portal.
3. Provide one of our professionals with the best email for your business and tax needs.
4. Allow us up to 48 hours to create your personal profile and to receive a welcome email.
5. Upon receipt of your welcome email, click on the “Activate account” button.
6. Create a secure password (must contain at least two numbers and two special characters).
7. Upon creating your password, you will be greeted with a “You’re all set!” message. You are now able to securely submit documents to us; review documents we have prepared for you; make the appropriate payments; and so much more.
How to upload your documents through our online portal:
1. Upon logging into you account, you will be greeted with your home page, or “landing page.”
2. Along the top of your landing page will be five options to choose from: (1) “Home”; (2) “Docs”; (3) “Chats”; (4) “Requests”; and (5) “More.”
3. Select the the “Docs” option to begin uploading your documents.
4. You can either: (1) drag and drop your important document(s); or (2) navigate to your documents using the “Upload files” button.
5. Upon uploading your document, you will be sidebar pop-out will display. If you want to select a destination folder, you may do do so by choosing the appropriate year. If you do not want to select the destination folder you are welcome to skip this step and we can take care of this for you on our end.
6. You can add additional documents by selecting the “Add more” link, or simply upload the singular document by selecting the “Upload” button.
7. When you are satisfied with your documents to be uploaded, simply press the “Upload” button.
8. You should receive a message stating your upload was successful.
9. Click the “Done” button on the pop-up screen, where you will be navigated back to document upload page.
10. To notify our professionals immediately, choose the “Done uploading” link, denoted by a bell icon. A side bar pop-out will open and simply select “Send notification.” This option notifies our professionals immediately that a valued client has uploaded important documents for review.
